There's some machine going ALL DAY from 8am to 9pm, sounds like a propeller plane going nowhere? AND WHAT'S WITH THE SMELL? used to be that you had to be downwind of the waste water treatment plant to get such tasty smells, now they seem to go east to west (against the jetstream) or just simply pervade the neighborhood?
