Park Slope's Seventh Avenue Station Gets Bike-Friendly Signs
If you chain a bike to the Seventh Avenue F Station in Park Slope, new signs make it easier to find if the lock is cut and it's taken away. Well, that would be a positive spin. The GL reader that sent the photo above, had a less charitable reading:
the Transit Authority has put up the attached signs on all four 8th Avenue entrances to the 7th Avenue Station on the F line. I guess this is the Newtonian reaction to the creation of the 9th Street bike lanes. No word on whether there have been any Williamsburg-style seizures of bicycles yet.

Too bad the odds of it actually ending up in the LPU are slim to none.
