Say What--Hanging Parking Sign

There are actually a couple of interest things about this sign, beside the hanging alternate side element. First, is the background, which is Grand Ferry Park. Work is going on and blogger INSIJS reports the park is supposed to reopen by late April. The other is the "Help keep our beaches clean" part of the sign.
