DDDB Walkathon in Prospect Park Today (10/21)

If you are seeking some to participate in an important bit of community activism today and to express your voice about the Atlantic Yards proposal, remember that Walk Don't Destroy, the Walkathon to raise funds for Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn's Legal Fight is this afternoon. The sign in is at Noon at the Prospect Park Bandshell. The walk takes place from 1 - 2:30pm. (From the Bandshell to Grand Army Plaza and back to the Bandshell-less than 2 miles.) And there will be a concert at the Bandshell (where Celebrate Brooklyn takes place every summer) at about 2:45.
