Real Estate Firm Already Improving Park Slope!

You Have New Neighbors

This is the new Prudential Douglas Elliman office taking shape at Seventh Avenue and Garfield in Park Slope. It was previously a store involved in Park Slope's famous Flower War with the store across the street. For months, the revealed old signage on the building has been showing its former history as a purveyor of meat. Now, the poster says "You Have New Neighbors." Indeed. We especially love the way the tagged up plywood is already upscaling the corner.

IMPROVING!!!

You must be Joking.

What is happening here is that Park Slope is losing another one of it's premier corners to a Real Estate Firm.
Well I could be happy it's not a bank ( too small I guess)
Why we need yet another Real Estate Company setting shop in the neighborhood is beyond my understanding.
Well now I guess it will be Starbuck, Bank, Real Estate office, rinse repeat.

Improving!?!?!?!

We are losing yet another Premiere
Corner location to ...no not a cool boutique or restaurant but to a REAL ESTATE OFFICE!!!
Why Park Slope needs another real estate office is beyond me.
There must be 15 firms with offices in the neighborhood.
People cried when the first Starbucks opened, yet there seems to be so end to RE BROKERS.

Bank, Duane Reade, Starbucks, Real Estate office, rinse repeat.

If you can't beat em, join em.
