Check Out 52nd Street in Sunset Park

We love poking around Kevin Walsh's superb website Forgotten NY. Every time we visit, we learning something new. Mr. Walsh is the consummate keeper of information about things that have come and gone (or are in danger of going) in New York City. Mr. Walsh recently started a new feature called Forgotten New York Slices, which are shorter items on interesting places in neighborhoods. One of the new posts is about 52nd Street in Sunset Park.
