Demolition Porn: 210 N. 12 Street

There something interesting looking about 210 N. 10 Street in Williamsburg as it come down and its walls briefly look like those of a burned building that has partly collapsed. The chairs in the lot next to it with the rubble also add a nice touch and we also like the upright vacuum in front in the photo below. The demolition contractor is the same one that brought us the Giant Fart Cloud Building Fiasco at 5 Roebling and the Manhattan Chocolate undertaking, among a large number of others. It's unclear what's intended for this property at N. 12 and Driggs. The only permits issued so far are for the demolition.
