Carroll Gardens' 340 Court St. Building Gets Death Fence
There is no more certain a sign that the end is near than the erection of the fence around the building that will be dispatched. So it is with 340 Court Street, which will be the site of a controversial project from the Clarett Group that has been opposed by many nearby residents. Demolition permits were issued on February 1. Building plans have also been filed, but have not been approved. The fence permit was issued on Wednesday.
