Williamsburg is a center in Brooklyn of bikes that have been parked for the long term. In fact, it's a showcase for bike that have been locked up and then disassembled piece by piece. Both of these bike are enjoying long-term parking. They have been decorated and if one looks, one of them is in the process of being deconstructed.
