It may be a Post Industrial Brooklyn but the Press Building on 3rd Ave had a deed restriction on the property that it shall be used for manufacturing purpoes.
Check out the dept of finance records.
The Jewish Press guys got the property from the city for nothing with the understanding that they would work towards providing jobs in the area.
