Bklink: New Union Market Open

The new Union Market on Seventh Avenue in Park Slope opened yesterday. "A hand lettered sign welcomed customers to the new 7th avenue (between 12th and 13th) union market this morning. although bigger than the original, it's layout and selections are pretty much the same. lots of fresh produce, sullivan street breads and a large section devoted to prepared foods - none of which can be described as cheap." Like the other Union Market, though, it certainly looks nice.--Food of the Future
