The dispute between the buyer of a loft at the Toy Factory Lofts and the developers is an interesting. A buyer is suing because he claims the building leaks water and he'll be losing his view to an Avalon Bay tower. The developer had offered to buy the unit back at cost, plus expenses, but the buyer declined. Also, the issue with the windows and the possible building was spelled out in the offering documents.
