The bulk of the article is devoted (finally) to the rest of Victorian Flatbush, the non-landmarked, non-tracked-to-be-landmarked neighborhoods which, as the Times puts it, have followed this process "with a mixture of happiness, envy and impatience." The article contains some factual errors, which those of us living in the highlighted neighborhoods are already pointing out.
